It is really common to confuse advise & advice.
Advise – is a verb: a recommendation usually about a problem or situation or a notice (to tell) about something or someone
- Please advise us about the security situation?
- I want to advise everyone that school will be closed for a few days.
- The radio always advises the public about the traffic situation.
Advice – is a noun: an option or a suggestion
- My sister listens to my advice.
- I go to my brothers for advice, when I have a problem.
- Everyone asks Jenni for advice all the time.
Please note: Advice is a noun & Advise is a verb.
